VENDOR APPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN EXTENDED TO MAY 15, 2024

Artisan and Food Vendor Requirements

  • Load in and Set up from 8am-2pm Friday August 16th. 
  • All Artisan Vendors must have their booth open for business during the Festival hours of 3-9pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
  • NO booths may be taken down prior to 9:30 Sunday. 
  • All Booths must be tented and staked.  
  • Artists will be prepared for the possibility of rapidly changing weather conditions such as wind, rain or bright sun.
  • All Booths must be decorated and lit with small white lights to reflect the festival theme. 
  • Electricity will be provided to all booths.
  • Tents must be zipped up after festival hours. 
  • Camping is available to all Vendors at no cost. (No camping in vendor tents.)
  • Load out Sunday after outdoor band- 9:30pm and Monday morning from 9am to Noon

Vendor Application

This year LittleBIGFest exhibitors will be juried based on originality, quality and marketability to ensure an enticing array of artisan vendors. Space is limited and priority consideration will be given to previous exhibitors. On-site camping will be available to vendors.

2024 pricing for 10 x 10 booths is $125 + 10% commission.

Food Vendors


2024 pricing is $175 + 10% commission.

    Security

    24-hour security is provided during festival weekend. However, please remember that your booth and your belongings remain your responsibility.

    LittleBIGFest Music and Arts Festival is not responsible for:

    • Claims for any damage to or loss of artwork and/or crafts incurred while exhibiting at LittleBIGFest 2024
    • Claims for product liability
    • Claims for personal injury
