By submitting this volunteer application for the LittleBIGFest on Whidbey Island, you ("the Volunteer") agree to the following terms and conditions:

Role Fulfillment: The Volunteer commits to perform the duties associated with the selected role (Parking, Trash, Front Gate Ticket Takers, Security, Bar (Washington State Serve Safe Card required), Stage, Merchandise) to the best of their abilities and in accordance with the guidelines provided by the festival organizers.

Waiver of Liability: The Volunteer understands that participation in the festival is voluntary and assumes all risks associated with this volunteer work. The Volunteer, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, successors, and assigns, hereby releases and holds harmless LittleBIGFest, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, damage, or claims arising out of or in connection with the Volunteer's participation in the festival.

Code of Conduct and Conflict Resolution: The Volunteer agrees to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner, uphold the values of the festival, and comply with all festival policies, guidelines, and local laws. In case of any conflicts or issues that arise during the festival, the Volunteer agrees to promptly report the situation to a staff lead and not take matters into their own hands. Staff leads are equipped to handle such situations and will take the appropriate action to resolve any conflicts. The Volunteer understands that failure to adhere to this code of conduct may result in immediate dismissal from the volunteer role.

Photo/Video Consent: The Volunteer grants LittleBIGFest the right to use any photographs or video footage taken during the festival which includes their image or likeness for promotional purposes without any further approval or compensation.

Volunteer Age Requirement: The Volunteer confirms they are at least 18 years of age (or will be at the time of the festival). If under 18, the Volunteer must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
